Refund policy
At Bumble Twist, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at belinda@unusualfinds.com.
Shipping
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards, downloadable software products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at belinda@unusualfinds.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
- Send your item back to us within 30 days of receiving it.
